The e-Health for Emergencies Website will make available health information for medical emergencies arising from natural disasters. A team, composed of public health and community development professionals, will research, validate and package information through a series of the barangay health center's records review, a survey (using self-administered questionnaires), and the conduct focus group discussions with the barangay constituents and health workers. The immediate access point of information for the target audience is the existing CeC in Barangay Payatas B.
