The Human Capital Development Group (HCDG) of the Commission on Information and Communications Technology envisions a nation of competent users of ICT as a tool for sustainable human development. Building our vast reserve of human capital resources calls for a strategic integration of ICT initiatives in the country. This is the mandate of the Commission on Information and Communications Technology translated through the projects and programs of the Human Capital Development Group (HCDG).
Specifically, the Human Capital Development Group endeavors to:
- Promote the development of Filipino ICT expertise
- Implement activities aimed at enhancing the global competitiveness of Filipino ICT workers
- Formulate policies initiatives in integrating ICT in education
- Support the use of ICT in diverse areas of concern including culture and the arts, public health and safety
- Determine competency standards in the use of ICT in government

THE INFOCOMMUNICATIONS TRAINING CENTER
Application/Enrollment is open from Mondays to Fridays, 8-5pm at the NCI Registrar, 2F, NCC Bldg.,C.P. Garcia Avenue, UP Diliman, Quezon City.
Enrollment is on a first-come first-served basis and ends two weeks before the start of classes.
Tuition fees are subject to change without prior notice.
